Good day folks!

Hope all is happy for you as we approach another Labor Day Weekend.... man... so quick right?!?!

We are going back to our usual pre and post summer haunt- Chuck's Lakeshore Inn; Fonatan, WI. 392 Lake Street, Fontana, WI 53125 (262) 275-3222 www.chuckslakeshoreinn.com We're doing TWO, 2, two shows- one Saturday night and one Sunday night.

People ask which one is the best to go to.. show one or show two... Hmmm- tough question! I'd say come to night one and then come back for night two and you can help me with that!!!

We've been playing a lot this summer- I did the National Anthem a couple weeks back for The Chicago Red Stars- great time. It is such a fun song to sing.

We've been outdoors about 90 percent of the time playing our shows- going back inside is hard but I guess it's that time of year again. Chuck's doesn't really count as inside- it feels like we're in a garden or something!!!

It's been such a beautiful week in Chicago- the sun has been shining and I even saw a star last night!!!  Dr. Everything came down to the city from his Suburbs yesterday to hang with me at North Avenue Beech before he attended the Zac Brown Band show- I'm waiting to hear about the show from him.. but I'll bet it was great.

This Friday night- the 20th we'll be in St. Charles, IL at a beautiful joint called Chord On Blues- (106 S. 1st Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174-1909).  They have a great stage for music- the sound is fabulous and Big Greg will be there hocking t-shirts, cd's, hats and who knows what else... his bag of tricks keeps growing everyday.  

Saturday night we have a private show... I can't really talk about it but it's sure to be a fun one.  

Sunday afternoon- I (Himebaugh) am singing the National Anthem for the Chicago Red Stars at Toyota Park in Bridgeview!  It's a 5pm game and it's a lot of fun for the whole family.  The Red Stars are the kick butt womens pro soccer team- these ladies know how to play soccer! click here for more info on the Red Stars

Next week Magoo, Longbons and I will be doing a little Vocal Rehearsal Show :) at a place called Rockwood near Wrigley Field- it's Wednesday night and we'll treat it just like an old fashioned Wise Fools Tuesday night- somebody better come occupy the "tequila table"!  (It makes me shudder just thinking about it). click here for Rockwood info!

Then it's off to the VFW Hall in Wilmington, IL next Saturday the 28th!!  I've never played in a VFW Hall... good times shall be had!

Good day folks–

                It’s the week on August 10th and we are chillin’ in Chicago for a couple days. We had a pretty cool weekend– the show in Grand Haven, MI—Kev-a-Roo fest was fantastic. Some videos have been posted on the HD Facebook page take a look at ‘em when you get a chance click here!

     On Sunday we raised a bunch of money for our friend Jessie Van Polen– she’s got some medical bills piling up so we did what we do– SING songs and such– to help her out. There have been a bunch of pictures posted on Himebaugh’s FaceBook page– click here (and become his friend too dang it).

     This week we’re outdoors a bunch more– starting Wednesday night in Wausau, WI in the park at 6pm. FREE SHOW– ALL AGES. We played there last year and much to our surprise it was HUGE. We sold tons of cd’s and met a bunch of great folks– we’re looking forward to doing it all again! Click here for the info.

     Friday night we have another FREE SHOW-ALL AGES! At The Stage of Lake Sara in Effingham, IL. A beautiful wooded location on the shores of gorgeous Lake Sara– 8pm show time with local favs– 5 Gone Mad. Click here for info.
